Reserve your date through our online booking calendar. Dates are first-come, first-served.

Submit the booking form, sign your proposal, and pay your 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
What is the payment schedule?
Remaining balance, security deposit, and proof of event insurance are due 30 days before your event.
What forms of payment are accepted?
ACH/eCheck with a small fee, or credit cards with processing fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
Retainers are non-refundable. We recommend event insurance with cancellation coverage.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, refundable if conditions are met.
Is there a cleaning fee?
A fee will be withheld if the venue is not returned to its original condition.
Can I decorate?
Yes, with guidelines to protect the venue. No glitter/confetti, adhesives, or open flames outside containers.
Do you provide parking?
Yes, with accessible parking options.
