We offer complete event packages, including decorating, catering, bar services, and event staffing—or bring your own preferred vendors.

How to Book Your Event at
The Hibiscus Raleigh
1. Inquire & Book
a Tour
Check availability and schedule a tour to see the space in person.
2. Choose Your Date & Time
Use our live booking calendar to select your date and time:
6-hour rental (available most days)
12-hour rental (required for Saturdays)
3. Reserve Your Date
with a Deposit
Sign your contract and pay a 50% deposit to secure your date.
If your event is within 30 days, full payment is due at booking.
4. Get Ready for Your Event
We’ll send you add-on options and upgrades after booking to finalize your details.
Final balances and the $500 refundable security deposit are due 30 days before your event.
