
Booking Terms & Conditions
When you reserve The Hibiscus for your special event, the following terms apply:
Security Deposit
A refundable $500 security deposit is required for all events. This deposit is due 30 days prior to your event, along with your final balance and any additional rental fees. The deposit will be returned after your event, pending a post-event inspection.
Payment Methods & Fees
We accept payment by credit card or ACH transfer. Please note that processing fees apply for credit card payments. These fees will be clearly outlined during the payment processing.
Event Insurance
For the protection of you and your guests, all events require a One Day Special Occasions Insurance Policy.
The Hibiscus will arrange this policy for you at a subsidized rate.
If alcohol will be served, you must obtain an ABC permit.
All alcohol service must be provided by a licensed and insured bartender, and service will end one hour prior to the conclusion of your event.
